Just like our now-famous Co-op Soup Swap, but with beer!
Bring a six pack of your favorite homebrew or craft beer, and trade each bottle in for a new one to create a your own mix-a-six.
Here's all you need to know about the swap:
1. Choose your favorite craft beer or homebrew in cans or bottles.
2. Gather six of said cans or bottles, making sure they are labeled.
3. Bring your six pack to the swap, preferably at room temperature.
4. Grab a few more beers to share, and some snacks, and bring them to the swap on August 18.
7. Upon arrival, you will get to pick a number. Your number corresponds to the order in which you select your beer. The draft will snake around - in other words, when we arrive to the last number, that person will start the second round and we will pick in reverse order.
8. We will do a brief intro and then promptly at 6pm, we will start the draft.
- Swappers are discouraged against bringing Macrobrews (ie Coors, Miller, Bud). We're all about small, local businesses or what you've created yourself.
-You can also split up your six pack with a friend, but there is a 1:1 ratio of beer you bring to beer you can swap. Observers are welcome that aren't swapping.
- RSVP is a must! And this event will sell out, so if you can no longer attend, please be curteous and refund your ticket.
Come at 5pm for snacks and drinks, swapping starts at 6pm.
